We spend a lot of time working with clients on the accounting side of their business but know there is more support that we can give to develop you as you grow your business.
Our proactive business coaching and mentoring meetings take our engagement with you to one of developing and growing you and your business beyond the numbers.
How does proactive business coaching and mentoring work?
We arrange a regular meeting with you face to face, by phone or skype. The length and frequency of these meetings are driven by you.
The objective of the meeting is to discuss the opportunities and challenges that you have coming up, or that are impacting on what you are doing day to day. It could be around your organisation’s structure, growing your business to the next level and managing that growth, bringing on staff or contractors, taking on new work, business operations, systems and processes.
From these discussions with you, we can identify areas that we can provide further assistance with, or guide you in the right direction.
David and Karen have a wealth of experience in business development, and as business owners they understand and can relate to what clients are experiencing.
Our ultimate aim is to work with our clients to achieve their business and personal goals.
